Commercial Services

AWS Electric (Durham, CT) came to my mom’s house to redo the circuit breaker and related wiring. This company is awesome. We offered to pay more than the quoted price because the house is 120 years old and the wiring was a mess. In spite of the extra time needed, Andrew told us he would stick to the quoted cost. Before the team was done, they were all over the house with walkie talkies making sure everything worked and the circuit breakers were labeled properly. If you need an electric service, do yourself a favor and call AWS.

Andrew is great, and has helped me with many projects. He is responsive and reasonable in cost and materials. I’m very thankful for all his work. I have recommended him to many friends who have used them as well.

Andrew was professional and punctual. I will definitely recommend him to others.

Very professional and reasonable. Excellent customer service skills which is very big for me. Very good with senior citizens. I highly recommend him and will refer him everywhere I see needed.

Andrew is highly organized and detail oriented. I emailed all the work needed in my garage. He responded promptly and delivered exactly what I had asked for. He was timely, respectful, and professional throughout the whole project. Andrew investigated why my circuit would trip occasionally. The diagnosis led him to disconnect the detached garage feed from the circuit for several days to test the problem. Andrew is the only electrician who returned my call the same day I first contacted him. I left a message with two other electricians, and I did not hear back from them. Andrew came to the house to look at the problem that evening. I have had several electricians do work for me, but Andrew exceeded my expectations and will be invited back. His charges are competitive and reasonable. I highly recommend Andrew and his company.

Drew and his team were fantastic! I had a laundry list of electrical items and they completed them all while providing solutions to problems and efficiency. I highly recommend AWS Electric!!

I contacted AWS Electric LLC to assist in the install of a new Mini Split heating and cooling system. AWS was accommodating in working around the HVAC and my schedule in order to beat the summer heat. AWS showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time. Their installation was clean and professionally done at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

Andrew was great. He texted me to tell me what time he would be at my place. He showed up at that precise time and started the job. He was very friendly and very professional. The work done was perfect. He was recommended by a friend and I certainly would recommend him to anyone looking for a great electrician.

Fast, friendly, honest and meticulous. Mini splits, panels, service work… they’re the only call I make.

AWS Electric equivalent to one word… STELLAR! Stellar work, communication and always reliable. Thank you Andrew for your professionalism and patience. I wish you so much luck and success. OUTSTANDING COMPANY!!! Highly recommended.

Andrew and crew are great. Andrew listened to my wife and I about our electric needs. AWS came in a timely manner, installation job was excellent, and no mess after installing ceiling fans and can be trusted in the home. Thank you, Andrew. we look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

Our older home had been remodeled with new panel and wiring on first floor. Our entire second floor lost electrical power due to a short in significantly older wiring that was never upgraded. Andrew and his crew came in to assess situation and followed through the following week with a complete replacement of the older wiring with some key updates to switches locations and increased wiring strength to handle AC units. The folks at AWS were efficient and easy to work with. They treated our home with respect, taking care not to create a mess. No walls even needed repairs. I particularly liked that Andrew has a trainee/apprentice on his crew and he oversaw his work and gave terrific instructions. AWS is my goto for all my future electrical projects. Thanks to AWS I now see the light! (Pun intended)

Great guy and great service!! Responsive, reliable, professional and solution driven! HIGHLY recommend!

Always approachable for new projects, punctual, with transparent pricing and timelines. The quality of work is outstanding. Andrew and his team have consistently delivered exceptional work at my residence. From service upgrades and exhaust fans to overhead lighting— they are talented.

I had a great experience with AWS. When you call they get back to you, they show up when they say they will and on time. The quality of the work was excellent. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Andrew was very professional and was very respectful. He came in and within what felt like a few minutes realized the problem. He fixed what he could for the night so we had electricity until he could return in the morning to fix all the other problems. He took pictures of the problem in the basement to show my wife and me. My wife can’t walk stairs right now so it was very nice of him to include her in the assessment of the problems. He was very fair with his pricing. We will be asking him to return whenever we need help in the future.

Highly recommend Drew from AWS. I always reach out to AWS for any of my electrician needs. This past time Drew came out on a Sunday to repair an outlet that was giving us an issue. And we couldn’t get the furnace running without….He came out without hesitation and as always did a great job.

I recently had AWS at my house for a service upgrade and sub panel install in the garage. They were on time, professional, and the work was great quality. I personally recommend AWS for any job, big or small.

Worked with Drew for a second time now and he exceeded expectations again. We needed an outlet installed in the floor and his price was super competitive with the quotes we received. We then made a last minute change and he accommodated our request graciously. The quality of work is exceptional and customer service is top notch. I fully recommend AWS for any project you need big or small. Nice to work with a business that values the customer. Thanks Drew!

On my 2nd charger install with 3 different companies and while Qmerit nearly dropped the ball AGAIN, Andrew and AWS stepped in and saved the day. My house has a new hardwired charger with professional conduit, I have peace of mind, and Andrew continues to follow up with me as I navigate the state rebate process. Will definitely be reaching out to Andrew and AWS Electric to further update the electrical innards of my hundred year old home.

Andrew is responsive, professional, and honest about pricing. After moving into our new home, we had several issues pop up and he always fit us in as quickly as possible. I will not use anyone else, and would only recommend Andrew to those who are looking for an electrician.
